After 10 award winning years in the Hampton Roads real estate industry and working in my family’s property management business for years it was a natural progression for me to expand my resale business into property management. In 2009, I opened EJT Property Management. As your property management company, my staff and I personally pledge quality, ethical, and timely service to our clients and their homes. I am very aware that your home is an investment in you and your family’s future, so I will work hard to maintain its quality and integrity while guiding you in this venture. As your property manager you can expect honesty in all business transactions, repairs, and maintenance of your home. I also give owners the freedom to choose their own contractors if and when any work is needed. This allows the owner more financial control while not having to deal with the day to day stress of being a landlord. I will also handle the screening of potential renters, rent collections, maintenance, and accounting service for your property. My goal is to always make the process of managing a rental property as easy as possible for the homeowner and I am always only a phone call or email away.
