The Median days on Market continues to stay in the single digits with just 9 days from “for sale” to “under contract”.

Sellers received an average of 101.9% of their list price with the sale of their home. That means a home listed at $275,000 received, on average, over $280,000 on their sale.
The average sales price reached $338,876 for all of Hampton Roads covering Greater Williamsburg area, the Peninsula and all of Southside.
