New Listings have increased 2.4% compared to May 2021. This is great news for shoppers looking for their new dream home!

3,383 homes were Sold in June 2021, an 11.5% increase from May 2021. Which continued to drive monthly inventory down to just 1.1 month’s worth of units.

The Median days on Market continues to stay in the single digits with just 9 days from “for sale” to “under contract”.

Sellers received an average of 101.9% of their list price with the sale of their home. That means a home listed at $275,000 received, on average, over $280,000 on their sale.

The average sales price reached $338,876 for all of Hampton Roads covering Greater Williamsburg area, the Peninsula and all of Southside.
